This department offers
M.A. in Applied Linguistics, M. Phil and Ph. D in Linguistics and Post
Graduate Diploma in Linguistics and Language Teaching. Aims of these
courses are: |

To develop an
understanding of the nature of language and in particular to study in
detail major features of its form, functions and role in human
communication.

To examine some
applications of a linguistic approach to the study of language.
-
To apply the
theories of Linguistics for the day to day language problems and thereby
development of Telugu Language.

Pathology or Journalism along with a P.G diploma in Linguistics or an
