Bhakta Ramadas

This picture depicts Ramadas’s last night in prison.  Wardens whipped him and he prayed to Rama.  Disguised as servants of Ramadas, Rama and Lakshmana paid the money, took the receipt and obtained the relase of Ramadas.  He has a worthy place among poets who wrote and sang their own poems in Telugu language.
